On the first floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating). One of these bedrooms has a large terrace and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a double sink. There is also a playroom on this floor that can also be used as a bedroom.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool at the house.
